Rollbook is a product of Institutional DataWorks, LLC. This policy covers this website and the Rollbook application.
From website visitors: the form fields you submit (name, school email, message) and standard server logs. We do not run advertising trackers. From customer schools: the student and institutional records your school syncs into its Rollbook database, under the contract and data processing addendum between us.
Website information is used to reply to you and, if you ask, to send updates about Rollbook. School records are used solely to provide the contracted service to that school. We do not sell data, we do not use student records for advertising, and we do not use them to train AI models.
Our subprocessors are listed on the Security & Trust page and in each school's DPA. Each processes only what its role requires.
Email [email protected] to access, correct, or delete information you submitted through this site, or to unsubscribe from updates. Students and parents: records synced by a school belong to and are controlled by that school; direct requests about education records to your institution, per FERPA.
